It was so helpful to speak to Dr Neill. To finally have someone to speak to about my menopause symptoms was so comforting. She gave me time, listened to me and offered some helpful advise. I found her very down to earth and easy to talk to. She had a very caring manner

I am so grateful to have been allocated Dr Neill to support me during my menopause journey. From the outset, she was positive, reassuring and listened carefully to my needs and concerns. It was clear that Dr Neill was confident she could help with the issues I was experiencing, paid close attention to they symptoms being displayed and made me feel assured that the next step would help - and if it didn't, she would not be happy until I was feeling better both physically and emotionally. She made a clear plan in terms of treatment, offered lots of help, advice in terms of lifestyle and resources and provided me with a clear account which I can refer back to. I recently had a telephone consultation with Dr Neill to discuss my long term use of HRT. She was very supportive, sympathetic and knowledgeable which has resulted in my being able to continue with HRT by changing my medication. I would have no hesitation in asking to be referred to her again should the need arise.
